John H. Brandt of Plantation, FL passed away at
home December 5, 2013 surrounded by his loving
family. He is survived by his wife of 44 years,
Pamela; son, John Erich Brandt, his daughter,
Tracey Perez, and her husband, Eddie, and his
beloved grandchildren: Marilyn, Adrian, and
Savannah. John was a graduate of Stranahan High
and served his country in the US Marines. He had
a long career in the South Florida building
industry as a general contractor, building
inspector, and |

| building official.
He retired from the city of Tamarac, the city of
Hollywood,and the Seminole Tribe of Florida.
John was a friendly, big-hearted man who never
knew a stranger and would not hesitate to go the
extra mile to help others. John enjoyed spending
time in his Franklin, N.C. home, playing golf
and traveling with family and friends. |
